🎯 Requirements

5+ years engineering management leading API-driven/platform data services
Experience with product/tech leads on shipping community-driven products
Experience building and operating large-scale data platforms with observability
Experience guiding software systems through full lifecycle
Strong people management: hiring, coaching, performance
Experience with data streams, data-intensive apps, and privacy considerations
