Engineering Manager, Verifications

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team; set direction and develop talent.
• Own reliability and quality of fulfillment integrations; partner with vendors to reduce friction.
• Partner with Product to define and execute roadmaps across verification products.
• Drive tech strategy to scale a complex integration-heavy system with automation.
• Lead the team's AI-assisted development adoption while upholding quality.
• Represent Verifications in cross-functional planning; align capacity and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager leading high-performing teams.
• 8+ years in software engineering; strong in service architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience managing complex third-party integration ecosystems and reliability.
• Proven track record improving operational metrics and reliability in production.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development and agentic tools; balance velocity and quality.
• Experience with regulated products requiring data accuracy and compliance.
