Engineering Manager, Vendors and Contracts

📋 Description

• Lead & mentor a team of 4–6 full stack AI-native engineers.
• Drive velocity: define success metrics, track progress, align with stakeholders.
• Own the Vendors & Contracts domain; ensure scalable, secure designs.
• Build AI-driven vendor portal and collaboration features.
• Forge a Leadership Triad with PM and Designer.
• Develop future leaders: mentor senior engineers and leads.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as software engineer; 3+ years in people management.
• SaaS experience with Python/Django, TypeScript/React, AWS, Kubernetes.
• AI/ML: LLMs, prompts, RAG, vector DBs (Databricks/pgVector), LangChain.
• Architectural acumen; design patterns; scale large apps.
• Agile & DevOps: CI/CD, test automation, observability.
• Nice to have: FinTech/domain knowledge in procure-to-pay.
