🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Deep technical experience in React, CSS, CSS frameworks, mobile web, Figma.
• Excellent communication for tech leadership, mentoring, and career development.
• Obsessed with the user’s experience.
• Great recruiting experience in building talent-dense teams.
• Bonus: Active Replit user; AI product experience; Design background.
