🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager
• 8+ years as an engineer
• Strong critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
• Experience managing quality incidents as a tech and communications lead
• Experience with large-scale products, regulated data, and legal/human impact nuances
• Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
