🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years as an engineering manager
- 8+ years as an engineer
- Strong critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Experience managing quality incidents as technical lead and communications lead
- Experience with scaled products, data, legal, and regulated tech nuances
- Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and Agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of service architecture and system design; lean software
- Ability to prioritize quickly and thoughtfully at a high level
