Engineering Manager, Treasury

📋 Description

• Ensure high reliability and correctness for Treasury core systems
• Lead delivery of features across money movement, accounting, and reporting
• Improve observability, incident response, on-call readiness, and reliability
• Own initiatives from planning to launch with stakeholders aligned
• Partner with Product to clarify requirements and maximize impact
• Remote position; must be located in allowed countries (US/Canada/Netherlands/Poland/Czech Republic)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and growing engineers, with coaching and hiring
• Strong system design skills for high-reliability, correct systems
• Player-coach: unblock, review designs, and contribute hands-on
• Experience shipping and operating production services with reliability
• Interest in financial infrastructure: payment rails, ledger, reconciliation
• Proficiency in Python and AWS; ramp quickly on new stacks
