📋 Description

  • Provide technical support to APAC and China customers, troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and internal teams on post‑integration issues and best practices.
  • Identify areas where Airwallex products aren’t functioning and drive improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to diagnose causes of system failures and deliver solutions.
  • Be available to manage the process for resolving system incidents.
  • Contribute to tools, systems, and processes to improve productivity and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in people management of Technical Support Engineers in APAC/China
  • 5+ years experience in customer-facing technical support
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related majors
  • Experience with REST, JSON, HTTP, HTTPS and SQL
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal communication
