🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, with backend systems experience.
• 2-4 years in engineering management, coaching and sustaining teams.
• Deep expertise designing, building, and scaling high-volume, mission-critical systems.
• Operational excellence for production systems: SLOs, incidents, compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong service mindset: curious, people-focused, empowering others.
• Bonus: experience with financial or regulatory systems (like Tax!).
