🎯 Requirements

8+ years of hands-on industry experience with a STEM degree, or 10+ years without.
3+ years actively mentoring and directly managing software engineers.
Strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
Experience leading ML teams and guiding models for forecasting.
Expertise in SQL for data manipulation, querying, and pipeline management.
Experience leading Agile teams; protobuf/JSON APIs; cloud concepts (GCP).
