🎯 Requirements
- 9+ years in tech, 3-5+ years in engineering management.
- BS, MS, or PhD in CS, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience leading data engineering, analytics, and ML teams.
- Experience building host- or user-facing analytics dashboards.
- Familiarity with pricing, marketplace, or supply/demand data.
- Strong communication; translate tradeoffs to senior leaders.
