🎯 Requirements
- Experience guiding backend product engineering teams in security, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
- Ability to hire and grow backend or security engineers in distributed teams.
- Technical credibility to discuss registries, CI/CD security, and signing infrastructure.
- Experience delivering across multi-quarter roadmaps with cross-team dependencies.
- Comfort working in asynchronous, documentation-driven environments with clear written communication.
- Familiarity with supply chain security, artifact management, or compliance; knowledge of SLSA/Sigstore.
