🎯 Requirements

6+ years of software engineering leadership.
3+ years in leadership roles managing engineers.
Relational DB knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, CockroachDB.
Experience with large-scale, highly available production clusters.
Hands-on leader who discusses tech with infra teams.
Strong focus on automation, reliability, and self-service.
Nice to have FinTech or regulated industry experience.
Nice to have cloud DBaaS familiarity and automation.
