🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering, distributed systems at web scale.
• 2+ years engineering management, coaching and retention.
• Experience designing/operating production services with low latency and real money.
• Strong technical judgment; long-term strategy with execution.
• Cross-functional partnership with Product and Design.
• Experience using generative AI tools with human-in-the-loop.
