🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering with distributed systems expertise.
- 2+ years of engineering management, coaching engineers and performance.
- Proven experience building trading platforms or financial products at scale.
- Strong distributed systems architecture and scalable infra.
- Experience with long-term technical planning and roadmaps.
- Hands-on when needed—writing and reviewing code, designing systems.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments building something new.
- Ability to use generative AI tools in daily workflows with human-in-the-loop.
