🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software development in high-volume domains.
• 3+ years as Engineering Leader (Manager/Director) directly managing engineers.
• Deep understanding of service-oriented and microservice architectures; event-driven design.
• AWS cloud-native/serverless: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, Kafka, CDK.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to define roadmaps and ship impactful features.
• Proven track record of leading remote teams across multiple locations/time zones.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM-based tools within engineering teams.
