Own end-to-end delivery of Sensor features and protocol support.
Enable root-cause analysis and post-mortems for Sensor issues.
Establish standards for docs, test harnesses, benchmarks, and coding conventions.
Coordinate with peer engineering managers for cross-team alignment.
Foster ownership, learning, and accountability via 1:1s and rituals.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in software engineering with systems-level work; 2+ years in leadership
Excellent communication to translate architecture and perf data to execs
Deep understanding of network protocols and protocol dissection
Strong CI/CD, automated tests, and performance optimization
Experience with high-performance, low-latency data pipelines and profiling
Experience in OT/ICS environments or industrial cybersecurity valued
