Engineering Manager, Security

📋 Description

• Lead a Security Engineering team with builder mindset.
• Guide secure cloud and CI/CD foundations using IaC.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and infra on secure designs.
• Conduct architecture reviews and identify systemic risks.
• Advise engineering teams to ship secure, production-grade systems.
• Shape security strategy with tooling, standards, and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Manage performance and develop senior security talent.
• Experience conducting security, architecture, and design reviews.
• Deep familiarity with AWS primitives, including IAM; multi-env designs.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK) treating infra as software.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent communication to explain security tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
