🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Ruby, React Native, distributed systems, and AWS (data/compute); SOA.
• Former software engineer with strong empathy for engineering happiness.
• Coaching team members on project execution, skills, and career progression.
• 2+ years in people management.
• Interest in pushing tech and people to deliver customer amazement.
• Ability to motivate a team to deliver on aggressive schedules.
