🎯 Requirements
- 9+ years software engineering; 2+ years in engineering manager role.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
- Retail/store ops/omnichannel domain experience.
- Store-facing systems experience (POS, inventory, fulfillment) and ERP/OMS.
- Distributed systems incl. event-driven arch, idempotency, retries.
- Cloud/Kubernetes; Oracle/MySQL; DynamoDB; Kafka.
