• Ensure high reliability and low latency for transaction interfaces.
• Lead delivery of new capabilities across authorization and settlement.
• Own infrastructure for card network peering and connectivity.
• Elevate observability, incident response, on-call readiness.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from planning to launch.
• Align with Product and cross-functional teams on requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and growing engineers, including coaching.
• Strong system design for low-latency, high-availability networks.
• Player-coach: unblock, review designs, contribute hands-on when needed.
• Shipping and operating production services with strict uptime.
• Experience with network infrastructure: peering, failover, capacity.
• Interest in learning payment processing and card networks.
