Engineering Manager (Platform - Identity)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of engineers across backend, frontend, and site reliability.
• Drive roadmap across Foundations, Users Platformization, and Settings & Account Management.
• Own reliability and ops for 8+ Tier-0/1 services; maintain 99.99% uptime.
• Represent team to product groups and partners in Security, Risk, Compliance, Design.
• Partner with Product and Tech Lead to define strategic roadmaps and scalable platform solutions.
• Champion engineering excellence; drive reviews and reusable platform components.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in management leading teams of 5+.
• Proven track record shipping large-scale distributed systems serving millions of users.
• Fluent in coding, system design, API architecture, and reliability tradeoffs.
• Strong communicator who writes clearly and builds cross-functional alignment.
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams through hiring and talent development.
• Demonstrates responsible use of generative AI tools in daily workflows.
