🎯 Requirements

- Experience with AWS, Rust, Rails, Docker, Angular, or related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills across audiences.
- Experience building a diverse, inclusive team.
- Familiar with complex software architectures of high concurrency and scale, preferably SaaS/web.
🎁 Benefits
- Compensation: $195,000 - $220,000 (USD).
- Bonus up to 20%.
- Fully remote within the US.
