🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in backend or cloud software, incl. 3+ years in engineering management.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency building and managing highly available cross-region cloud infra on AWS.
- Experience in managing production infra/software, including 24/7 on-call responsibilities.
- Skilled in implementing secure, compliant Kubernetes platforms.
- Hands-on Networking, IaaS, PaaS, DNS, TLS, CI/CD, GitOps, DevSecOps.
- Knowledge of secure techniques related to regulatory compliance (SOC2, PCI).
