- Strong system design, architecture, and tradeoffs skills.
- Translate goals into roadmaps and shipped features.
- Strong ownership and accountability for team outcomes.
- Experience improving reliability and developer experience via tooling.
- Deep open-source experience for internal platform tooling, CI/CD, and observability.
