Engineering Manager, Platform

📋 Description

• Own delivery of key platform initiatives across cloud infra, dev platform, and CI/CD.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and drive day-to-day execution.
• Partner with product, security, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Lead a growing team of engineers and ensure reliability and scalability.
• Role sits at the intersection of AI, platform, and healthcare.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management in rapidly growing organizations.
• Experience leading and growing teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Strong execution mindset to scope work, prioritize, and deliver results.
• Hands-on with technical systems, including architecture and design discussions.
• Experience across cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with production systems in public clouds (AWS, GCP) and container tooling (Kubernetes).
