📋 Description

• Build full-stack end-to-end across the People Products portfolio.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows: tools, evals, prompts.
• Collaborate with HR, recruiters, and managers to identify problems.
• Make independent product and architecture decisions in a low-structure environment.
• Contribute ideas on team processes and where AI can add leverage in people workflows.
• Talk to internal customers; no gatekeeping and fast feedback loops.
• Move fast with high quality and smart tradeoffs under time pressure.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Shipped LLM-native features or applications.
• Experience building big features independently and making architectural decisions.
• Self-sufficient end-to-end: idea to production without designer/PM/architect.
• Move fast without cutting corners; communicate tradeoffs.
• Engage directly with users and handle hard feedback.
• Mission-driven with AI and people practices.
