📋 Description

• Manage and build out a diverse team of high-performing full-stack engineers.
• Own the full product lifecycle for new people products end-to-end.
• Set technical direction for robust, scalable products with other leaders.
• Collaborate with product, design, internal comms, and other engineering teams.
• Coach and nurture engineers to accelerate growth and learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional engineering experience in tech and product-driven companies.
• 2+ years of software leadership as an EM or tech lead, with people management interest.
• Former founder or early startup engineer who built a product is a plus.
• Interest in building culture and recruiting top talent.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, React, Python, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Interest in AI/ML (direct experience not required).
• Ability to move quickly in loosely defined tasks with competing priorities.
