🎯 Requirements

7+ years software engineering with backend/system design
2+ years as Engineering Manager leading small to mid teams
Strong product sense; tradeoffs and customer outcomes
Track record building API- and integration-heavy systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Experience in fintech/payroll/payments or regulated domains
