• 8+ years designing and building complex systems; 3+ years managing engineers with mentorship.
• Strong software development background with a track record of delivering scalable software.
• Leadership: hiring, coaching, developing engineers with ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication with product managers and engineers on roadmaps.
• Problem-solving mindset with urgency, excellence, and delivery in fast growth.
