📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical depth.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading engineers in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong technical background incl. AI/LLM and software development principles.
  • Expertise leading full-stack engineering teams delivering end-to-end product experiences.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to evaluate impact and optimize activation metrics.
