🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical depth.
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading engineers in a high-growth environment.
- Strong technical background incl. AI/LLM and software development principles.
- Expertise leading full-stack engineering teams delivering end-to-end product experiences.
- Data-driven mindset; able to evaluate impact and optimize activation metrics.
