- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
- Drive the observability strategy and scalable platform.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams in an agile setting.
- Build organizational capabilities around logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
- Own on-call readiness and incident response for transversal services.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering or SRE in cloud-native envs (AWS/GCP/K8s).
- 3+ years engineering management leading technical teams (SRE/platform).
- Deep knowledge of observability tooling: Fluent Bit, OpenTelemetry, Loki.
- Experience with IaC and secrets management (Terraform/OpenTofu; Vault).
- Proven ability to balance technical depth with people leadership.
- Nice-to-have: Vault Enterprise; Terraform Enterprise; Go/Python/Ruby.
