🎯 Requirements

5+ years as a Software Engineer building/backing infrastructure at scale.
2+ years as Engineering Manager.
Comfortable owning production systems with Elixir, Python, pubsub/streams, and Kubernetes.
Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to ship solutions.
Track record of growing engineers and helping team members succeed.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to discuss technical decisions with anyone at Discord.
