🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years as a software engineer with service architecture and distributed systems
- Experience managing complex third-party integration environments
- Track record of improving operational metrics in production
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools
- Experience with regulated products requiring data accuracy and compliance
