• Lead and support the Selection engineering team, focusing on growth and performance

• Collaborate across squads and domains for seamless Subscriptions alignment
• Represent Selection in planning and strategy for high-impact goals

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineers through growth and delivery
• Strong ownership; consider impact, trade-offs, and long-term direction
• Experience with distributed systems, real-time pipelines, or platform infra
