🎯 Requirements

Experience shipping production software (recently as an independent contributor)
Comfort in React or Python codebases (preferably both!)
Reads the code, not just the ticket
Bias to action; low tolerance for ambiguity
Genuine curiosity about how LLMs and AI tooling are changing how engineers work
