π― Requirements
- 9+ years in software engineering, 4+ years in engineering management leading platforms.
- Experience managing engineers across seniority levels, including early-career.
- Strong technical foundation in distributed data systems, backend infra, or marketing/ad tech.
- Experience owning cross-team platform relationships: inbound dependencies, prioritization, commitments.
- Track record delivering complex, multi-quarter roadmaps in fast-moving environments.
- Fluency in data-driven engineering: data pipelines, analytics, observability, operations.
