Engineering Manager, Margin

📋 Description

• Lead and support engineers building margin and lending systems
• Define and execute technical plans to improve reliability, latency, and scalability
• Partner with product, risk, legal, and data teams to meet regulatory needs
• Establish engineering processes: code reviews, incident response, monitoring
• Use uptime, latency, and error metrics to guide prioritization
• This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 5 days per week

• Strong expertise in distributed systems, backend services, or financial systems
• Experience building or supporting high-reliability systems
• Comfort using data and metrics to inform decisions
