🎯 Requirements

2+ years leading a team of ML Engineers driving product impact.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in ML engineering with knowledge of ML algorithms.
2+ years collaborating with product, analytics, and engineering teams to drive impact.
Hands-on with architectural patterns for large-scale software.
Industry experience building and productionizing ML systems.
