🎯 Requirements
- Strong technical background with dev or systems engineering experience.
- Experience leading software development or QA teams.
- Expert in load testing tooling: Apache Bench, Artillery, K6.
- Node.js skills with Hapi.js or Fastify; Golang is a plus.
- Experience with API-driven cloud-native architectures on Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
- Familiar with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; remote-friendly.
