🎯 Requirements

3+ years engineering management experience leading teams of 5+ engineers
8+ years software engineering in AI/ML, distributed systems, or platform engineering
Experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
Experience managing AI/ML systems, large language models, or ML infrastructure
Strong architectural, code review, and technical decision-making skills
Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
