- Extensive hands-on Java dev with high-volume apps; JVM/EE/GC/threads.
- Deep familiarity with Spring Boot, Quarkus, Tomcat, Netty, Jersey/JAX-RS, Feign, Jackson.
- Experience designing/operating shared platform services with API stability.
- Basic understanding of distributed performance; balance hands-on and strategy.
- Nice to have: open source Java contributions.
