Engineering Manager, Issuing

📋 Description

• Ensure reliability for Issuing APIs and core lifecycle flows.
• Lead delivery of features across issuance, onboarding, and tokenization.
• Raise operational excellence: observability, incident response, on-call readiness.
• Own initiatives from planning to launch with stakeholders aligned.
• Partner with Product to clarify requirements and focus on high-impact work.
• Mentor teammates and help ramp new engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and growing engineers, coaching and hiring.
• Strong technical judgment and system design for API-driven distributed systems.
• Player-coach: unblock work, review designs, hands-on when needed.
• Experience shipping and operating production services with reliability.
• Experience with Python and AWS; ability to ramp quickly.
• Cross-functional communication and ability to align teams under pressure.
