Lead and develop engineers for issue surfaces: details, search, alerts
Provide technical and product guidance; review code and unblock complex problems
Define team direction, deliverables, blockers, and conflicts
Talk to customers to understand usage and pain points
Set plans, delegate, and keep execution on track

🎯 Requirements

8+ years engineering exp; Python/TypeScript preferred
2+ years engineering management experience
Experience with customer-facing products, ideally dev tools
End-to-end ownership of a significant product area
Excellent communication to articulate technical tradeoffs clearly
Experience with scoping, resource allocation, milestones
