🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of engineering management experience.
• Balance long-term strategy with short-term planning.
• Experience delivering multi-tenant, distributed systems at scale.
• Hands-on coding, reviews, on-call rotations, and triage.
• Passion for building an open financial system.
