Engineering Manager Infrastructure (remote, UTC-3 to UTC+3)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Staff and Senior Engineers as a hands-on manager
• Evolve and optimize hybrid AWS and bare metal infra for sandboxed code
• Investigate customer and infra problems down to packet capture level
• Contribute to infra reliability and cost-efficient workloads
• Collaborate with product engineers to improve developer experience and observability

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on infra building and maintenance on bare metal and cloud
• Deep Linux administration experience
• Terraform and Ansible or similar tooling
• Kubernetes knowledge (basic or advanced)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Autonomous, self-motivated in a remote environment
