🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and/or software development
- 2+ years in a management or technical lead role
- Experience helping to make technical decisions and providing guidance to solve problems
- Extensive hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL in large-scale production environments
- Hands-on Datadog and observability practices, including logging, metrics, tracing, and SLOs
- Designing and driving scalable reliability practices, standards, tooling, and processes
- Great communicator who can explain complex technical concepts
- Availability for on-call rotation and critical alert responses
- Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship
