Lead Infrastructure team owning cloud foundations: networking, storage, compute, and orchestration
Drive cost management, regional deployment strategy, and infrastructure unification
Set technical direction, write and review code, and balance hands-on work with leadership
Own Kubernetes clusters: service mesh, scaling, and production ingress
Design geo-deployment architecture across cloud regions/providers
Hire and grow the team through coaching and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

Led engineering teams building/operating production infra at scale
Deep experience with AWS or comparable cloud; VPC, EKS/K8s, IAM
Built/operated production Kubernetes clusters, including service mesh, autoscaling, multi-region
Strong opinions on databases, storage engines, caching, and schema design
Knowledge of edge networking, CDN/WAF, traffic management
Infra-as-code, reproducibility, and self-serve infrastructure
