Build, lead, and grow a Warsaw-based engineering team (5–7 engineers).
Define the team's roadmap, execution strategy, and deliverables.
Ensure delivery predictability via planning, estimation, and execution.
Partner with engineers on system design and technical decisions (non-coding).
Develop team members through 1:1s, coaching, performance management, and hiring.
Establish a strong, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

🎯 Requirements

People-first engineering leader with 2+ years of management experience.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and SOA.
Comfortable across backend and frontend concepts (full-stack).
Strong technical judgment on design decisions and trade-offs.
Experience in data-driven environments (velocity, delivery).
Proficient in English.
