📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team delivering content conversion and Windows stack services.
• Develop and execute the conversion roadmap across product features.
• Drive SLO-driven operations including incident response and postmortems across regions.
• Optimize cloud costs and performance for large compute footprints without compromising user experience.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver roadmap initiatives balancing reliability, velocity, and cost.
• Coach engineers; strengthen on-call practices, escalation, and technical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in engineering leadership of globally deployed services.
• Proven reliability improvements: SLOs/SLIs, incidents, postmortems.
• Experience optimizing cloud costs and performance for large-scale compute/data pipelines.
• JVM-based services (Scala/Java) and Windows workloads.
• Strong stakeholder leadership; partnering with product, platform, and front-end teams.
• Clear, inclusive communicator; mentoring and team growth.
